CLACTON CARNIVAL NEEDS HELP
Clacton Carnival
Committee is looking for help.
A call is going out
to all local organisations who need to raise funds for their own worthy causes.
The Clacton Carnival Committee is looking for volunteers to help with
various tasks, such as running sideshows and marshalling at the various carnival
events, during Carnival Week 10th – 18th August.
The Committee is
also looking for fit and willing helpers to assist at the Carnival Showground at
Alton Park Junior School before and during Carnival Week, setting up and taking
down the paraphernalia of the various events.
If you are able to
help, your organisation could be rewarded with a donation when the funds are
distributed later in the year, once the Carnival is over.
A Volunteers Evening is being
held at Sam’s Hall, Imperial House in Rosemary Road Clacton on Tuesday 16th July
at 8pm. Do go along to find
out more – they can help you to help your own organisations.
Alternatively, you can contact
